Aletheia is a provider for VPK children. To qualify for VPK’s free program, a child has to turn 4 by September 1.
To register, you must go online to https://vpkcp.floridaearlylearning.com and register your child in the VPK program that will be provided at our school. You must also fill out the Parent Application for Aletheia, listed on our Admissions page. There are no registration or book fees for VPK students.
Our classes will run Monday – Thursday from 8:00 – 12:00. For your convenience, if you wish to have your child attend additional hours, we also will be offering a fee-based Wrap Around option available Monday – Thursday from 12:00-3:00pm. There will be a 1:11 ratio teacher to children or 2:14 with a second staff person/teacher’s aide.
All VPK children need to be picked up no later than 4pm, due to DCF regulations. There will be no after school care provided later than 4pm for VPK students.
Aletheia’s academic program will focus on reading/phonics, math and Bible. The program also integrates social studies, science, music and art through unit work, and PE will be offered daily. The curriculum provides for many hands-on experiences to make learning enjoyable.
