Admissions

Families wishing to enroll their child(ren) in Aletheia are required to do the following:

Fill out a Student Application (for Grades 7-12)
Fill out a Parent Application
Obtain a Pastor’s Recommendation Form and have your pastor fill it out and mail it to Aletheia.
If your child is transferring from another school, please fill out an Educational Records Release Form.
Fill out one Medical Release Form per child, giving Aletheia consent to obtain medical treatment for your child in the event of an emergency. This form will be applicable for every year your child attends Aletheia, and needs to be notarized.
Schedule an interview with the Administrator.

At least one parent in the home must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and be an active member of an evangelical church.

The student's academic transcripts, and standardized testing results will be reviewed.

Monthly MUST be paid on the first of each month and will not be included in your Tuition invoice each month, please make checks separate from regular school tuition for bookkeeping purposes.

Late charges for After School Care will be applied in your statement as deemed necessary. After School Care tuition is due upon receipt of your statement sent home with your child. If payment is not current, your child/children will not be accepted to After School Care until arrangements have been made and tuition is current.

Registered students may use ASC on scheduled half days. Hourly students will be billed hourly on half days. There are no additional charges to ”Monthly and Weekly“ registered students on half days.

All students MUST be registered and on the roster. The fee for each ”Non-registered“ student is $1.50 for each 15 minutes or $6.00 per hour.
