Our Parent Association is composed of all Aletheia parents and led by volunteers who are eager to serve the teachers of Aletheia. As Aletheia parents, you are automatically members of the APA. Thank you for your willingness to serve and bless the teachers and staff of Aletheia Christian Academy.
Our APA meetings will be announced through Parent Notes. They are held the first Wednesday of the month at 8:15 am at Baywoods Assembly of God just down the street from ACA. Please join us.
Our Co-Presidents this year are Dennise Dekle and Mike Deatherage.

We are pleased to offer you real-time access to grades, conduct, attendance, class assignments, and teacher web pages. For first time access, please click on the link below, click on "Parent's Web," and enter "ACA-FL" as the school code. You will be emailed a password for your student's(s') information. Use that password each time you check RenWeb. If you have any difficulty logging in, please ensure that the school has your current email address on file, which is required for you to access the information.

At different times in the year, we rely on parent volunteers to help transport the children to and from field trips. In order to better protect the students and to reduce the liability of the drivers and the school, we require that volunteer drivers complete a Volunteer Driver Application Form.
to print one out for you. Just fill it out, read it carefully, and turn it in to the office. A new form needs to be filled out each school year.

Thanks to the efforts of the Aletheia Parent Association these opportunities have been made available to our school:
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION (General Mills Cereals)--it would be helpful if the coupon box were cut to size. Additional products with box tops this year: Pillsbury, Progresso, Green Giant, Old El Paso, Totino's, and Gold Medal. A full list is available in the office. www.boxtops4education.com
CAMPBELL'S SOUP CAN LABELS--the entire face of the label is needed along with other label participants
ALUMINUM CANS--emptied and crushed if possible--collection cans at the back door of the building
ALBERTSON'S CHECK OUT CARD--available from APA; a percentage of your bill is donated directly to ACA
OFFICE DEPOT--mention Aletheia at checkout and we will get a percentage of purchase
LAND'S END--give the school number for donation made from your purchase (contact APA for more info.)
TARGET--use the Target credit card and percent of purchase goes to ACA
Print Cartridges--you can help with library funds by re-cycling print cartridges. Please drop your used computer printer cartridges by ACA .

If your child must take any type of medication while at school, the following regulations must be observed:

An Authorization for Prescription Medication Administration Form must be on file for each prescribed medication. The form must be completed in it's entirety and signed by the physician and the parent/guardian. This form is available through your physician and is valid for 1 school year or earlier stop date. | |

An Authorization for Non-Prescription Medication Administration Form must be on file for each non-prescription (over the counter) medication to be administered at school if taking the medication is necessary for the student to remain in school. The form must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian. This form is available from the school office and is valid for 1 school year or earlier stop date. |
