The Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in Aletheia Christian Academy. We strive to partner with families who desire to invest in a Christ-centered education for their children while also being equipped spiritually and physically for today and eternity.

Application

Submit an online application for admission with the $25 application fee (non-refundable). As part of the application, parents are required to submit an affirmation of faith and Christian testimony and also affirm their agreement with Aletheia’s mission statement and Statement of Faith. Please be sure to read our Admission Requirements.

Supporting required documents include:

  • A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
  • A recommendation from a leader from the church in which your family actively participates.
  • Most recent report card.
  • Test scores when applicable. 

Admission Evaluation and Interview 

Once you have submitted your application and the school has received the pastor recommendation, our Admissions Director will contact you to schedule an Academic Evaluation with your student. While your student is being evaluated, there will be a parent interview with our Administrator.

Enrollment Decision 

Enrollment decisions will be communicated within three weeks of the evaluation. When we do not have space in a grade, applicants who would otherwise be admitted will be offered a place in a wait pool. When a previously full grade has an opening, all applicants in the wait pool for that grade will be considered. Aletheia Christian accepts qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, economic, or social status.
