There are many schools that offer many different options to parents. So why should you choose Aletheia?
That is a very good question. There are many reasons that parents list for making that choice. Small class sizes, excellent academics, individual attention, and a family atmosphere are frequently cited reasons. However, there is a much more important difference to the families who choose to enroll their children here. Christian parents have a hard enough time raising their children in today's world without having their children in an environment that challenges the faith they are trying to instill in their children. Students spend 35 hours a week in school, and what they are taught during those hours makes a deep impression in their lives.
We adopt the Biblical position that the education of children is primarily the responsibility of the parents. However, we are told in Ecclesiastes 4:12 that “…a cord of three strands is not quickly broken…” We believe that the three strands of the Home, the Church, and the School can impact a young person’s life and keep him walking in the way that leads to righteousness. We, therefore, endeavor to be an extension of the Christian home and a tool for enhancing the spiritual, academic, social, and physical development of its students. Therefore, the teachings of the Christian home and church is continued during school hours. Love, prayer, and discipline are modeled before our students in the lives of our faculty and staff who are devoted to the work of leading students educationally and spiritually.
We pray that God will direct you to the school where you should be. If He is calling you to explore Aletheia, please contact us to find out more. You'll quickly understand why Aletheia may be your choice.
